FAQs

  • At this time, I do not offer free consultation calls.

Due to the nature of my work and the creative flow I enter when building client brands, I keep my process focused on clients who are ready to take action and know they are in the market for a new brand identity, rebrand, or full brand foundation.

If you’re still on the fence, comparing options, or unsure whether branding is the right next step, this may not be the right time to book.

That said, each package is clearly outlined so you can choose the option that fits where your business is right now. For The Positioned Brand and The Whole Shebang, you’ll complete an application first so I can review your needs and make sure the package is the right fit before moving forward.

  • Each package is designed for a different stage of business and level of depth.

The 72-Hour Brand is for business owners who need fast creative direction. You’ll receive a starter logo concept, submark, color palette, mockups, homepage direction, and light messaging guidance. It is best for newer businesses or founders who need clarity quickly.

The Positioned Brand is for businesses ready for a custom identity system. This includes strategy, research, 4 custom logo concepts, 2 brand revision calls, a full logo suite, and a complete brand guide.

The Whole Shebang is for established businesses ready for the full brand and website experience. It includes everything in The Positioned Brand, plus a custom 8–10 page Squarespace website.

  • If you’re still early and need a clear starting point, The 72-Hour Brand is likely the best fit.

It gives you enough visual direction, mockups, color direction, and website guidance to stop overthinking and start moving.

If you already know this business has a larger long-term vision and you want to invest in a custom identity from the beginning, The Positioned Brand may be a better fit.

  • If your business is established and you feel like your visuals, messaging, website, and overall presence are not working together, I would recommend The Positioned Brand or The Whole Shebang.

The Positioned Brand is best if you need the brand identity and strategy first.

The Whole Shebang is best if your website also needs to be rebuilt so everything feels aligned from the start.

  • For expansion, I recommend The Whole Shebang, with additional print materials and social media direction added on after the core brand is approved.

If your business is expanding, your brand needs to hold more weight. More people will be hearing about you, finding you online, walking into your space, seeing your materials, and talking about you.

Your brand should feel aligned across every channel: digital, print, physical space, and word of mouth.

This is where a full brand system matters most.

  • Yes. That is exactly what it is built for.

The 72-Hour Brand is for business owners who need direction quickly and want something more intentional than a DIY logo, Canva template, or random inspiration board.

It gives you a clear visual starting point, homepage direction, mockups, and light messaging guidance in 72 business hours.

  • It is 72 business hours.

Your timeline begins once your questionnaire and payment are both submitted. If you submit on a Friday evening, your 72 business hours begin the following business day.

  • No. The 72-Hour Brand does not include revisions.

This package is designed for speed, clarity, and direction. If you want a more collaborative process with custom logo development and revision rounds, The Positioned Brand is the better fit.

You can add up to 3 additional logo concepts for $99 each, and final PNG logo files are available for an additional $99.

  • The 72-Hour Brand includes a starter logo concept as part of your Brand Direction PDF.

If you want final PNG logo files for actual use, you can add them on for $99 after delivery.

  • Brand direction is the visual and strategic path your brand should move toward.

    It helps answer questions like:

What should this brand look like?
    What should it feel like?
    What colors make sense?
What kind of visuals support the business?
How should the homepage begin to feel?
What language or messaging direction makes sense?

It is not just about making something pretty. It is about creating a clearer foundation so your next moves are easier.

  • The Brand Bible is included in The Positioned Brand and The Whole Shebang.

It includes the strategy and visual guide behind your brand, such as:

    • Mission statement

    • Vision statement

    • Brand values

    • Brand positioning

    • Audience overview

    • Audience pain points and desires

    • Brand voice and tone

    • Messaging direction

    • Logo suite

    • Color palette

    • Typography system

    • Visual direction

    • Brand mockups

    • Usage guidelines

It is designed to give your brand one clear foundation so you are not constantly guessing how things should look, sound, or feel.

  • For The Positioned Brand and The Whole Shebang, your custom logo concepts are designed through sketches, then in Adobe Illustrator, and developed through a deeper creative process.

My work combines strategy, research, creative direction, market awareness, customer psychology, color psychology, typography, and visual design.

The goal is not just to create something that looks good. The goal is to build something that makes sense for your business, your audience, and where you are headed next.

  • No. I no longer offer full social media management.

Over time, I realized many businesses were coming to me for content before they had a clear brand foundation. Without that foundation, content becomes harder to create, harder to delegate, and harder to keep consistent.

Now, my work focuses on building the brand first so your marketing has a clear direction to work from.

Social media direction and branded templates may be available as add-ons after your core brand system is approved.

  • Not at this time.

Websites are currently included as part of The Whole Shebang because I believe the website should be built around an approved brand system. When the brand, messaging, visuals, and site are built together, the final result is stronger and more cohesive.

  • The closest option is The 72-Hour Brand, which includes a starter logo concept and submark.

I do not offer full custom logo-only projects outside of the package structure. A logo by itself usually does not solve the bigger issue. Most businesses need the direction behind the logo: colors, audience, messaging, website feel, and visual consistency.

  • It depends.

If your current logo is strong, scalable, and aligned with where your business is headed, we may be able to build around it.

But if the logo is limiting the brand, attracting the wrong audience, or making the rest of your visuals harder to create, I will be honest with you.

My job is not to blindly execute what already exists. My job is to help you make the best long-term decision for the brand.

  • Yes, but only after your core brand system is approved.

    Add-ons may include:

    • Business cards

    • Flyers

    • Rack cards

    • Menus

    • Signage

    • Window graphics

    • Packaging inserts

    • Canva brand kit setup

    • Branded social media templates

    • Social media direction

    • Campaign direction

These are available after The Positioned Brand or The Whole Shebang because they need to be created from an approved brand foundation.

  • For The Whole Shebang, a brand photoshoot is highly recommended but not included.

Your website will be much stronger with custom photography that reflects your brand, space, team, products, or services.

Brand photoshoots typically range from $1,000–$5,000+ depending on your area, photographer, creative direction, shot list, styling, props, and how much support is needed.

Brand shoot direction, photographer sourcing, and shot list planning can be added on if needed.

  • The 72 Business-Hour Brand is paid in full before the project begins.

The Positioned Brand is split into 3 payments:

    • Deposit due at booking

    • Second payment due after the first 4 custom logo concepts are delivered

    • Final payment due after the final logo suite and Brand Bible are delivered

The Whole Shebang is split into 5 payments:

    • Deposit due at booking

    • Second payment due after the first 4 custom logo concepts are delivered

    • Third payment due after the final logo suite and Brand Bible are delivered

    • Fourth payment due after the first round of the website is delivered

    • Final payment due on launch day / final handoff

  • The 72-Hour Brand: delivered in 72 business hours after questionnaire and payment are submitted.

The Positioned Brand: typically 3–5 weeks.

The Whole Shebang: typically 6–10 weeks.

Timelines may vary based on feedback, revisions, response times, website content needs, and overall project scope.

  • For The Positioned Brand and The Whole Shebang, I’ll review your application to make sure the package makes sense for your business, goals, timeline, and scope.

If it feels aligned, you’ll receive next steps to move forward, including your deposit, intake questionnaire, and project timeline.

  • Start by reading through the package descriptions and choosing the one that feels closest to where your business is right now.
