General Terms

Steph Did That LLC provides brand strategy, creative direction, logo design, visual identity development, website design, and related creative services.

All services are built around the package selected at the time of booking. Deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and add-ons vary by package.

It is the client’s responsibility to review the package details before purchasing or applying to make sure the selected offer is the right fit.

Familiarity With Work

By purchasing or applying for a service, you acknowledge that you are familiar with Steph Did That’s style, process, creative direction, and overall body of work.

Every brand project is custom to the business, but the creative direction will be informed by Steph Did That’s professional experience, research, and creative approach.

Creative Direction

Branding is a collaborative process, but not every personal preference will be the best strategic direction for the brand.

Steph Did That LLC reserves the right to guide creative decisions based on audience, market, positioning, scalability, and long-term brand use.

The goal is not just to create something that looks good, but to create something that makes sense for the business, audience, and direction of the brand.

No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

Once a payment is submitted, time, strategy, research, creative energy, and project space are reserved for your business. For that reason, refunds will not be issued for completed payments, missed deadlines, change of mind, dissatisfaction due to personal preference, or failure to complete required intake materials on time.
